Bear Mountain Vista in Evergreen and Homes in Bear Mountain
Refers to the many spectacular home sites available above Evergreen on Bear Mountain. Typically these homes are found up Little Cub Creek Road, then through Stanley park and over the crest of the mountain. These homes have some of the best views in Evergreen, some overlooking Evergreen Lake, Stanley park, Bear Creek Canyon and with panoramic views of Mount Evans, the Indian Peaks Wilderness and some even see out to Longs Peak.

Although the setting is high atop Bear mountain there are many large gently sloped parcels that are suitable for horse properties and large acreage estates. I’ve lived on top of Bear Mountain and the thing that I remember most vividly is the amount of wildlife! We would see deer and elk so often we almost took them for granted–but didn’t!
There are many small subdivisions along Bear Mountain
On its flanks and at the top: like the aptly named; Hillcrest, Mary N Williams Estate Addition (coming out of town and climbing up the north side of Bear Mountain, Stanley Park which covers a large span of the southeast side of the mountain, Fern Gulch on the east side of the mountain and also known as Bear Mountain Vista, and much of the southeast side of Bear Mountain is usually referred to as Bear Mountain Vista (various filings) There is a new construction, custom home community at the bottom of Bear Mountain at the top of Little Cub Creek Road in a beautifully designed community named Cub Creek Ranch and although it isn’t technically on Bear Mountain, I’ve included it in the maps to show you some of the spectacular custom homes that are available nearby.
