What it reveals is that the 2016/2017 winter was relatively slow, while 2015/2016 winter was stronger but that in general 2017 has been a great time to sell as long as the pricing is accurate with 3 different clusters of heated sales!
The graph reveals that homes sell throughout the year but there's clearly more activity starting in February (to have a March closing)
