Evergreen Meadows is an Evergreen community situated north of Conifer and south of Evergreen’s town center and conveniently equidistant to both, approximately a ten minute drive to downtown Evergreen. The subdivision straddles Highway 73 mostly south of North Turkey Creek, although there are a few homes just above Marshdale Elementary School on Ocelot which are in the latest phase of Evergreen Meadows (Filing 10). The central location with three options for getting east to Denver makes this easily accessible for anyone commuting to Denver for work or play.

Residents of Evergreen Meadows feed Jeffco Public Schools, within the R-1 School District. The schools are Marshdale Elementary School, which offers a challenging curriculum and the largest turf fields available to Evergreen sports teams, West Jefferson Middle School in Aspen Park Conifer, and Conifer High School .
Evergreen Meadows has an active homeowners association. The Evergreen Meadows Homeowners Association’s makes a good effort to keep the neighborhood beautiful and running smoothly, enforcing their covenants and keeping residents informed. Evergreen Meadows HOA has an annual summer picnic, holiday lights contest and other fun activities that create opportunities to get to know your neighbors and maintain a tight-knit community.
The community of Evergreen Meadows has approximately 450 homes. The landscape of Evergreen Meadows offers incredible vistas, pine-covered hills, rock out-croppings and gorgeous houses. All of the properties in Evergreen Meadows are on lots of 2 acres or larger, with many of the homes having spectacular views of Mount Evans and the Continental Divide.
Homes in Evergreen Meadows were built starting as early as the late 60’s with some homes built after 2000. The homes in Evergreen Meadows are beautiful mountain homes in a beautiful mountain setting.
