Is a quiet community situated in South Evergreen, in unincorporated Jefferson County. A little deeper into the woods and adjacent on Evergreen Park Estates South boundary is Evergreen Valley Estates.
This is mountain living at its best with an ideal setting between schools, open spaces, the Evergreen Golf Club, Evergreen Lake-everything Evergreen has to offer is very close. With easy access to I-70 and while it is convenient to everything one could need it offers space, quiet, and peaceful mountain living at the same time.
