Ackerman & Grimes Nob Hill

This is a combination of luxury condos and single family homes built in and around 2004 and 2005.  These are some beautiful homes with terrific views overlooking the El Rancho area of North Evergreen.  Extremely convenient to I-70 and with quick access to all of the amenities including the WalMart, Home Depot, Firstbank, and the Evergreen Country Day School.

Alpine Hills

A high mountain Evergreen subdivision above Brook Forest accessed from So. Brook Forest Road just before it turns into Black Mountain Drive.  Homes in Alpine Hills were built in the 1980′s and 1990′s and sit on larger home sites with lots averaging just over an acre.  This area is very close to the Brook Forest Inn, the Maxwell Falls Trailhead and the Cub Creek Trail into the Mount Evans wilderness.

Amber Woods Condos

An Evergreen Condo complex built in 1972 right next to Wilmot Elementary on Buffalo Park Road.  This is a three story condominium building with 29 units.  Most of the homes here are 2 bedroom units with 806 square feet and a one car garage, detached.  However, two of the main floor units have 1,043 square feet and three bedrooms.  Click the search button above to see the condos for sale in Amber Woods.

Arapaho Park Estates

Located between Brook Forest and Buffalo Park Road.   Approximately 67 homes on from one to several acres.  This high mountain neighborhood was developed in the eighties but homes continue to be built here.  Beautiful views and a peaceful, hanging valley in a mountain meadow…

Bear Creek Estates

Refers to the many exquisite estates above Upper Bear Creek, upriver from Evergreen Lake.  This is a gated community in Clear Creek County and accessed from Golden Willow Road.  Bear Creek Estates has paved roads and a well managed forest through rolling hills and alpine meadows.  These home sites have impressive views and large acreage building sites.

Bear Mountain/ Lone Peak Area

Bear Mountain towers over Evergreen with a wide range of homes available.  There are a variety of subdivisions on Bear Mountain as outlined in the post which you can access by clicking the link above.  Homes in Bear Mountain are typically accessed from Little Cub Creek Road just south of downtown, Forest Hill and Independence Trail east of downtown (from 74) or from High Drive off of North Turkey Creek Canyon

Bear Mountain Vista Meadow

This was an attempted development of a tract within Bear Mountain Vista that was approved by the Jefferson County Commissioners in 2007 through disputes by the Bear Mountain Vista HOA and ongoing water issues.  This is an absolutely beautiful high meadow location at the top of Bear Mountain.

The premiere mountain home sites in Evergreen are frequently found in Bear Mountain Vista.  This subdivision was originally developed in the 1960’s and has mountain homes ranging from small horse properties to new trophy luxury estates.  As one of my clients described it,”Views across meadows and multiple horizons to snow capped peaks.”  These are some of the finest properties anywhere.

Bear Mountain

Bear Mountain is huge and includes several subdivisions overlooking Evergreen including: Mary N Williams Estate, Mountain Park Home, Camel Heights, Stanley Park, and Bear Mountain Vista.  These homes are located between Pence Park, Bell Park and old downtown Evergreen.

Beaver Brook Canyon

Is an Evergreen subdivision in Clear Creek County west of the majority of Evergreen along I-70 accessed from exit 247 (Floyd Hill)

Beaver Brook Lodge Estates

A Clear Creek County subdivision accessed from Squaw Pass Road.  Many of the homes here overlook Beaver Brook Canyon and provide quick access to Echo Mountain skiing and snowboarding.

Homes in Beaver Brook Canyon, just south and west of Hyland Hills, are frequently referred to as "in Beaver Brook".  These can include homes in Hyland Hills Filing 2, Forest Glen and Homestead Hideaway. Bendemeer

There are a variety of Bendemeer subdivisions all of which are in Clear Creek County in Upper Bear Creek including the Bendemeer Tract, Bendemeer Park and Bendemeer Valley:

Bendemeer Tract

A large subdivision just west of the turn off for Witter Gulch along Upper Bear Creek with a typical home site of about a half acre.  This community is just west of Circle K Ranch Homesites and just below Crystal Ridge.  If you’re driving up Upper Bear Creek Road and pass the TallGrass spa on the right, you’re just about to the Bendemeer Tract.

Bendemeer Park Another spectacular community in Upper Bear Creek.  Located just south of Upper Bear Creek Road and accessed from Golden Willow. Homes are along Fox Hollow, Elk Crossing, Ranch Rd., Whiskey Jay Hill Rd., Ridge Road, Aspen Rd., and Red Lily Place.  These are nicely treed home sites with gently rolling hills and broad open meadows.

Bendemeer Valley is adjacent and west of Bendemeer Park with larger acreage.  There are only a few home sites here with sizes from 3-7 acres.  Homes in Bendemeer Valley are accessed from Upper Bear Creek Road, Golden Willow then Fox Hollow and Ranch Road.

A very nice group of Golf Course homes located at the end of Hearth Drive with quick access to the Hiwan clubhouse and driving range.  The twelve homes in The Range were built in primarily built in 1991, 1992 and 1993 with one new home built in 2004.  These houses all have Pine Tree Drive or Hearth Drive addresses and are adjacent to Hiwan Clubhouse Courts Condos to the east, Hiwan Hearths to the north and Hiwan Golf Club to the south.  With lots approximately 1/3 to 1/2 acre , the yard sizes are smaller than what we normally see in the Hiwan Golf Club so the overall density here seems higher.  Overall this is a very pleasing setting with almost flat yards and tall, Ponderosa trees over well manicured lawns.
