What can the $600's
get you in Evergreen?

Real estate inventory is tight in Evergreen right now.  Some of that is the 

seasonality that we experience every year but a lot of it is simply that

Evergreen is hot right now and the $600's is a great--highly sought after 

price point.

Unfortunately, there are also a lot of "dogs" in this price range.  I frequently 

see home with architecture that would be difficult to update,

deferred maintenance, and BRASS or other signs of age.

But there are also terrific and 

rewarding homes in this price range
