Everyone loves a good deal, but finding them in Evergreen can often be a challenge. 

Price reductions tend to occur when a home has been on the market for an extended period of time with little activity, a lot of activity and no offers, or if the sellers are motivated to sell quickly.

Great homes often stay on the market longer than they should when the pricing isn't accurate compared to the market value, but when the price is reduced to the "sweet spot" they don't  last long!
