Smart marketing sells homes, and these statistics are just a few examples of why I place so much importance on the strategy I use to market and sell your home.


The bottom line is it's not appropriate to put a sign up, put it in the MLS and hope (and pray).  My Marketing system consistently gets massive visibility for my clients and sells homes fast and for top dollar!  Yes, our market is great and in a low inventory market like we have in Evergreen and Conifer any home will sell.  But he reality is that the more visibility your home has the more it will sell for.  As I like to say "More Eyes Equals More Money".
